A clear path, paced to you.
-
Before anything is formalized, we talk. I want to understand where you are, what’s pulling at you, and whether coaching together makes sense. If we both like the sound of it, I’ll follow up.
-
I take time to sit with what I heard and think about how I’d approach our work together. I come back with a short, honest recommendation on structure, focus, and investment.
-
Once we’re aligned, we set up the coaching agreement, complete a focus form, and start the first full session with a real conversation about your strengths, values, and what success looks like.
-
Sessions run about 55 minutes, weekly or every other week. We explore, challenge, and build. Between sessions, I’m reachable by phone, text, or email.
-
After an agreed number of sessions, we step back. What’s shifted? What’s next? We adjust the focus and keep moving.
What every engagement includes
Focused 55-minute sessions, prepared and fully yours
Between-session support by text or email, usually same day
Optional written recaps when you choose recorded sessions
Coaching for development and forward movement, not therapy or a mental health service

“Working with Mikey has changed the way I lead, communicate, and handle difficult situations, both at work and in my personal life. He’s helped me slow down, look at things from another person’s perspective, and figure out how to say what needs to be said without losing who I am.
I have a bit of an attitude and can be pretty black and white about some things. I had no experience being a manager or supervisor, but I finally got to the level of being a supervisor, and one day I want to be a manager.
He challenges me when I need it, but also helps me recognize my own progress and trust myself more.
I joke that when I’m dealing with a tricky person or conversation, I have to “channel my inner Mikey.” But it’s true. The things we’ve worked on have become part of how I think and approach people. I’m more confident, more self-aware, more intentional in how I communicate, and much more comfortable stepping into leadership. His coaching hasn’t just helped me grow professionally. It’s changed how I show up for the people in my life and how I see myself.”

“Working with Mikey has changed the way I approach leadership. He helped me recognize that I didn’t need to wait for a title or permission to start solving problems, taking ownership, and thinking like a leader. He also helped me navigate difficult conversations with senior leadership, advocate for myself, and communicate my value with confidence.
I’ve since stepped into a leadership role and am leading the way I always knew I could. I now lead a team in our own market, in a different state from our company’s home base, and fly in monthly to ride with technicians, coach sales, and help create positive outcomes for our customers and our team.
I feel like my talents are recognized and trusted in a way they weren’t before. Mikey helped me trust my own judgment and step into the leader I knew I could be.”

“Mikey is genuinely one of the best people I know, and I feel incredibly lucky to have had the chance to work with him.
He’s smart, hardworking, kind, and one of those rare people who always sees the best in others—even when you don’t see it in yourself yet. He has an incredible ability to build trust, make people feel comfortable being themselves, and bring out the very best in the people around him.
As a leader, Mikey is the real deal. He knows how to challenge you, support you, listen to you, and somehow always seems to know exactly what you need to hear. He helped me grow not only in my career, but also in my confidence, and I’m genuinely a better professional because of him.
If you’re trying to figure out what’s next in your career, I honestly can’t think of anyone I’d rather have as part of my support system. Mikey cares deeply about people, wants to see them succeed, and has the experience and perspective to actually help them get there.
He’s the kind of person you meet and think, ‘I want that guy on my team.’ And now you can have him in your corner as your career coach.”

My training
I’m currently completing SeattleCoach’s professional coach training Flagship program, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited program built around both the craft and the personal presence of coaching.
I’m on track to graduate as a SeattleCoach Certified professional coach in November 2026, while continuing to build the coaching hours required for my ICF credential.
